Story
On January the 21st I’m running the Liswery 8 which is an 8 mile run held in Newport.
I’m running this race in memory of my Gramps, Bill Lawrence, for the Alzheimer’s Society.
I know to many running 8 miles isn’t far, but to me this will always be my marathon. It’s the furthest I’ve ever gone and I can honestly say is a massive challenge.
This is the first of two challenges for me this year raising money for the Alzheimer’s Society, and I’d really appreciate any money you can give to help combat this utterly horrific disease.
